<br />regular Council meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16~020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and Zoning Map thereof be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 13, Cope's Subdivision of Lot 1, Cope's <br />Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter (SE~) <br />of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, except <br />that part taken for highway purposes, <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, rezoned from R-l to R-3A, and the Zoning <br /> <br />Maps be amended so that said property is classified and <br /> <br />zoned as R-3A. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />this 21st day of October, 1968. <br /> <br />z;: <br />~.~~~ <br /> <br />R.
