<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 56'7 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 252.040 (2) <br />TO PROVIDE 15 DAYS OF PAID VACATION TO EMPLOYEES WHO <br />ACCUMULATE 5 YEARS OF SERVICE CREDIT <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending section 252.040 (2) to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />252.040 (2) Regular employees and regular part- <br />time employees who accumulate five (5) years of <br />service credit will be eligible for fifteen (15) <br />days of paid vacation the following year. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />this 21st day of October, 1968. <br /> <br />/j!--k7(.~ {;A.." i}:.t=~-f;'( <br />L-l < I..... <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />W~L~ <br /> <br />R.
