PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code <br /> <br />and Zoning Map thereof be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />The North 140 feet of the South 523 feet of <br />the Southwest Quarter (SW\) of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SW\) of Section 9, Township 29, Range <br />23 West, except the East 719 feet thereof and <br />except that taken for highway, <br /> <br />All that part at the Southwest Quarter (SW\) <br />of the Southwest Quarter (SW\) of Section 9, <br />Township 29 North, Range 23 West (except that <br />part now zoned for apartments described by <br />Village of Roseville Ordinance No. 539) except <br />the South 523 feet thereof and except the East <br />719 feet thereof, and except part taken for <br />highway, <br /> <br />A strip of land, 60 feet in width (measured <br />at right angles) lying Westerly of and adjoining <br />the Easterly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway <br />No. 36 (as described in Final Certificate dated <br />October 4, 1963, and filed November 21, 1963, <br />in Bood 1877, Ramsey County Records, page 325); <br />which begins at a line distant 283 feet North of <br />and parallel to the South line of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SW\) of the Southwest Quarter (SW\) of <br />Section 9, Township 29 North, Range 23 West, <br />thence Northerly and Northeasterly for a distance <br />of 850 feet, more or less, to a line distant <br />
