'5YO <br /> <br />* * * * ** * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 232. OlD TO PROVIDE <br />FOR AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF VOLUNTEER FIREMEN FROM <br />45 to 60. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby <br /> <br />amended by amending Section 232. OlO to read as follows: <br /> <br />232. OlO. Volunteer Fire Department Established. <br />There is established a Volunteer Fire Department <br />consisting of a Chief, two as sistant chiefs, a Fire <br />Marshal and assistant fire marshal, and not less <br />than l5 nor more than 60 firemen. The Chief, with <br />the approval of the Council, shall determine the <br />number of members of said Department within the <br />limits herein set forth. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its pa s sage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Ro seville, Minne sota, <br /> <br />this 23rd day of November, 1968. <br /> <br />V'I <br />h....
