<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO 600 <br />.- <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. BY AMENDING <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br />16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) TO LIMITED <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the zoning code of the Village of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the Village Manager <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from single family <br /> <br />residence district (R-l) to limited business district (B-1), <br /> <br />certain property hereinafter described lying and being in the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village Council by motion referred same <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village <br /> <br />Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission, pursuant to due <br /> <br />notice and public hearing on said matter on the 23rd day of <br /> <br />June, 1969, which public hearing was held in the Village Hall <br /> <br />at its regular Council meeting: <br />
