<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~;t <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 151 OF THE VILLAGE CODE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, BY ESTABLISHING CONDITIONS FOR THE <br />GRANTING OF LICENSES AND THE OPERATION OF ON SALE LIQUOR <br />ESTABLISHMENTS. <br /> <br />Chapter 151 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />151. Intoxicatinq Liquor - On Sale <br /> <br />151.010. Definitions. <br /> <br />(1) "Intoxicating liquor" or "liquor" means ethyl <br />alcohol, distilled, fermented, spiritous, vinous, and <br />malt beverages containing in excess of 3.2% alcohol by <br />weight. <br /> <br />(2) "Sale" and "sell" mean and include all barters <br />and all manners or means of furnishing intoxicating liquor <br />or liquors as above described in violation or evasion of <br />law and also include the usual meaning of terms. <br /> <br />(3) "On sale" means the sale of intoxicating liquor <br />by the glass, or by the drink for consumption on the <br />premises only. <br /> <br />(4) "Hotel" and/or "motel" includes any establishment <br />having a resident proprietor or manager, where, in consi- <br />deration of payment therefor, food and lodging are regularly <br />furnished to transients, which, maintains for the use of <br />its guests not less than 50 guest rooms with bedding and <br />other usual, suitable and necessary furnishings in each <br />room, which is provided at the main entrance with a suitable <br />lobby, desk, and office for the registration offrs guests, <br />
