<br />"On Sale", "On Sale Club", and a "Special License for <br />Sunday Liquor Sales". <br /> <br />(2) "On Sale" licenses shall be issued only to motels, <br />hotels and restaurants, pursuant to Minn. Stat. ~340.353, <br />Subdivision 5, and who meet the requirements of Section <br />151. 010 here in. <br /> <br />(3) "On Sale Club" licenses shall be issued only to <br />clubs. <br /> <br />(4) "Special License for Sunday Liquor Sales" shall <br />be issued only to establishments to which "on sale" licenses <br />have been issued or hereafter may be issued for the sale <br />of intoxicating liquors which establishments are "hotels" <br />or "restaurants" as defined in this Chapter. <br /> <br />151.030. Application for License. <br /> <br />(1) In addition to the information which may be <br />required by the State Liquor Control Commissioner's form, <br />the application for a license shall be on a form provided <br />by and contain such information as required by the Manager. <br /> <br />(2) If the application is by a natural person, it <br />shall be signed and sworn to by such person; if by a <br />corporation, by an officer thereof; if by a partnership, <br />by one of the partners; if by an unincorporated association, <br />by the manager or managing officer thereof. If the appli- <br />cant is a partnership, the application, license and bond <br />(or insurance policy) shall be made and issued in the name <br />of all partners. <br /> <br />151.040. Renewal Applications. <br /> <br />(1) Applications for the renewal of an existing <br />license shall be made at least 90 days prior to the date <br />of the expiration of the license, and shall contain such <br />information as required by the Manager. This time re- <br />quirement may be waived by the Council for good and <br />sufficient cause. <br /> <br />(2) With the application for renewal, the applicant <br />shall file with the Manager a statement made by a certified <br />public accountant that shows the total gross sales and the <br /> <br />-3- <br />
