<br />(1) Who is ineligible under Minn. Stat. Chapter 340. <br /> <br />(2) Who has been convicted within 15 years prior to the <br />application of such license, of any willful violation of <br />any law of the United States, the State of Minnesota, or any <br />other State or Territory, or of any local ordinance regarding <br />the manufacture, sale, distribution or possession for sale <br />or distribution of intoxicating liquor, or whose liquor <br />license has been revoked for any willful violation of any <br />law or ordinance. <br /> <br />(3) Who, if a corporation, does not have a manager who <br />is eligible pursuant to the provisions of this section. <br /> <br />(4) Who is the spouse of a person ineligible for a license <br />or who, in the judgment of the Council, is not the real <br />party in interest or beneficial owner of the business operated, <br />or to be operated, under the license. <br /> <br />151.080. Places Ineliqible for License. <br /> <br />(1) No license shall be granted, or renewed for operation <br />on any premises, on which taxes, assessments or other finan- <br />cial claims of the Village or of the State are due, delinquent <br />or unpaid. In the event an action has been commenced pursuant <br />to the provisions of Minn. Stat. Chapter 278 questioning the <br />amount or validity of the taxes, the Council may, on applica- <br />tion by the licensee, waive strict compliance with this <br />provision, no waiver may be granted, however, for taxes or <br />any portion thereof, which remain unpaid for a period <br />exceeding one year after becoming due. <br /> <br />(2) No license shall be issued for the premises owned <br />by a person to whom a license may not be granted. <br /> <br />(3) No license shall be granted for any place which <br />has a common entrance or exit between any two establishments <br />except that a public concourse or public lobby shall not be <br />construed as a common entrance or exit. <br /> <br />151.090.
