<br />purposes, the person to whom the contribition was made and <br />the person or organization for whom intended. <br /> <br />(9) A restaurant shall be conducted in such a manner <br />that the principal part of the business for the license years <br />is the serving of foods. A hotel or motel shall be conducted <br />in such a manner that, of that part of the total business <br />attributable to or derived from the serving of foods and <br />intoxicating liquors, the principal part of the business for <br />a license year is the serving of foods. <br /> <br />(10) No "Special License for Sunday Liquor Sales" <br />licensee shall serve liquor on Sunday except in conjunction <br />with the serving of food. <br /> <br />(11) At the time of application for renewal of appli- <br />cation of an on-sale license, the applicant shall submit <br />proof to the Village that not less than 50% of the gross <br />sales of the establishment, for which the on-sale license <br />~s to be used, is in the serving of food. <br /> <br />151.100. Hours of Operation. Hours shall be specified <br />by state law. <br /> <br />151.110. Bond. <br /> <br />(1) Bonds, Insurance or Deposit Required <br /> <br />At the time of filing an application for either an <br />"On sale" or an "on sale club" liquor license, but excluding <br />a "Special License for Sunday Liqllor Sales"l the applicant <br />shall file a bond with corporate surety, or a liability in- <br />surance policy, or in lieu thereof, cash or united States <br />government bonds which shall be deposited with the Manager. <br />Such bond, cash or government bonds shall be in the amount <br />of $5,000 for an "on Sale" license. <br /> <br />The filing of the above described bond, cash or <br />insurance policy for an "on sale" liquor license shall be <br />deemed sufficient for the purpose of the issuance of a <br />"Special License for Sunday Liquor Sales", provided such <br />bond, insurance policy or the terms of such cash deposit <br />are amended to include the periods during which such <br />licensee is operating under a "Special License for Sunday <br />Liquor Sales". <br /> <br />-8- <br />
