<br />and purposes as if such ordinance or part thereof so repealed <br />had remained in force. No offense committed and no liability, <br />penalty or forfeiture either civilly or criminally incurred <br />prior to the time when any such ordinance or pert thereof shall <br />be repealed or altered by the Village of Roseville shall be <br />discharged or affected by such repeal or alteration; but prose- <br />cutions and suits for such offenses, liabilities, penalties or <br />forfeitures shall be instituted and proceeded with in all res- <br />pects as if such prior ordinance or part thereof had not been <br />repealed or altered~ <br /> <br />1.040. Amendments and Additions. Ordinances passed subsequent <br />to Ordinance No. 598 shall, where appropriate, be deemed additions <br />or amendments to the Village Code. Such ordinances shall be <br />incorporated into the Code from time to time by the printing of <br />revision sheets for inclusion in the Code. <br /> <br />1.050. violations and Penalty. Any person violating any pro- <br />vision of the Village Code of Roseville shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a <br />fine not to exceed $300 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 <br />days, or both. <br /> <br />1.060. Publication of Code and Effective Date. This ordinance, <br />the Village Code of Roseville, together with such indexes, supple- <br />ments, appendices or other material as the Council may designate <br />shall be published in book form and a substantial quantity of <br />copies shall be printed and available at the office of the Manager <br />for general distribution to the public.
