<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
<br />OF CITY COUNCIL
<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
<br />
<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
<br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall
<br />in said City on Tuesday, February 25, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, P. Johnson,
<br />CUshman, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None.
<br />
<br />Councilmember Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved
<br />its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
<br />IMPROVEMENTS P-92-02 AND ST-92-14, NEIGHBORHOOD 74
<br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFORE UNDER
<br />AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council of the City of Roseville
<br />adopted January 27, 1992, fixed a date for a public hearing on Projects
<br />P-92-02 and ST-92-14, Neighborhood 74; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the City of Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes,
<br />Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February
<br />25, 1992, to consider the proposed construction of Improvements P-92-02
<br />and ST-92-14, Neighborhood 74, consisting of the installation of
<br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service
<br />repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that
<br />property abutting Galtier Street from McCarrons Blvd. s. to Dionne
<br />Street, Roma Avenue from Galtier Street to Farrington Street, Farrington
<br />Street from Roma Street to Dionne Avenue, Dionne Avenue from Farrington
<br />Street to Galtier Street, Galtier Street from Larpenteur Avenue to
<br />Dionne Avenue, Marion Street from Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac, and
<br />Woodbridge Court from Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac and that area
<br />lying south of McCarrons Blvd. N., north of McCarrons Blvd. S., east of
<br />McCarrons Lake, and west of Rice Street Avenue, Shady Beach Avenue from
<br />McCarrons Street to Center Street, Wagner Place from McCarrons Street to
<br />Shady Beach Avenue, and Center Street from Shady Beach Avenue to Rice
<br />Street and that area lying south of McCarrons Boulevard South, north of
<br />Larpenteur Avenue, west of Rice Street, and east of Western Avenue as
<br />described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at
<br />$278,883.29 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report
<br />as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the
<br />City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an
<br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all
<br />interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that
<br />said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The city Public
<br />Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is
<br />directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and
<br />specifications for the improvement.
