The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, doe s hereby ordain: 1. That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections 16. OlO, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: All that part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, lying easterly of Northern States Power Company right-of-way (book 904 deeds page 5l5), lying westerly of trunk highway No. 35W (book l84l deeds page 460,) and lying northeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at a point on the south line of said section 5 distance l459 west (as sumed bearing) of the southeasterly corner of Section 5, thence N 0059' 59" W a distance 859.38 ft. along the westerly line of Long Lake Road to the point of beginning of said line I thence continuing along aforesaid line extended a distance of 628.5 ft. to a point, thence west a distance of 640 ft. more or less, to a point on the easterly line of said Northern States Power Company right-of-way and there terminating, Ramsey County, Minnesota; be, and hereby is, rezoned from 1-1 to B-3, and that the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as B-3. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
