C.(/:{ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS l6. 010, l6. 020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />(R-l) TO RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.0lO, l6.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owner filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from single family residence (R-l) to retail <br /> <br />business district (B-2), certain real property hereinafter described <br /> <br />lying and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commi s sion, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing on said matter on the 27th day of October, 1969, which <br /> <br />public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br />
