<br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br /> <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), Section 4, Township <br />29, Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at <br />an iron post 33 Feet South and 33 Feet East of the <br />Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) <br />of said Section 4, thence South along the East line of <br />Cleveland Avenue 1232 Feet to an iron post, thence <br />Easterly Sl7 . 9l Feet to an iron post, thence Northerly <br />l232 Feet to an iron post located 518.34 Feet East of <br />place of beginning, thence West along South line of <br />County Road "D" to place of beginning, except part <br />platted as Rochat's Addition and also except the South <br />l70 Feet parallel to the South line of Lot 8, Block l, <br />extended to the East line of Lot 8, Block 2, Rochat's <br />Addition, <br /> <br />be and hereby is, rezoned from R-l to R-3A, and that the Zoning Maps be <br /> <br />amended so that said property is classified and zoned as R-3A. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br />23rd day of February, 1970. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />-1 <br /> <br />4~ ~l!,~ ~ <br />Mayor Donald A.
