<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO .6114 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 90 OF THE <br />VILLAGE CODE BY REGULATING AND CONTROLLING THE USE OF <br />SNOWMO BILES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordai n: <br /> <br />Chapter 90 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />90. Snowmobiles <br /> <br />90. OlO. The regulatory provisions and definitions of <br />Minnesota Statutes 84. 8l through and including 84.88, as amended by <br />Laws of Minnesota 1969, Chapter 695, are hereby adopted as an ordinance <br />regulating the use of snowmobiles in the Village, and are hereby incorporated <br />in and made a part of this Code. <br /> <br />90.020. Restricted Areas. No person shall operate a <br />snowmobile on any of the following places: <br /> <br />(1) On the portion of any right of way of any street, <br />except the most right-hand lane then available for traffic or as close as <br />practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway, except when <br />overtaking and passing another vehicle stopped in that lane or proceeding <br />in the same direction. Snowmobiles may also be operated upon the outside <br />slope of trunk, county state-aid and county highways where such highways <br />are so configured within the corporate limits. <br /> <br />(2) On a public sidewalk provided for pedestrian <br /> <br />travel. <br /> <br />(3) On boulevards within any public right of way. <br />
