<br />13.170. Approval of Project Required. The proposed <br />project must receive approval from the ~lann~ng Commission and the <br />Village Council, and a public hearing in front of the Village Council. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />13.200 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />13.200. Special Requirements. The following special <br />requirements shall apply. <br /> <br />(a) The tract of land for which a development is <br />prepared and a permit requested shall not have less than two (2) acres. <br /> <br />(b) The development shall be served by the public <br />sewer and water system and fire hydrants shall be installed accordin~ to <br />a plan approved by the Fire Harshal as to type and location. <br /> <br />(c) The surface drainage system shall be constructed <br />according to a plan approved by the Village Public Works Director. <br /> <br />(d) Private roadways within the project shall have an <br />improvement surface of twenty- four (24) feet or more in width and shall be <br />so designed and constructed as to permit the village fire trucks to provide <br />protection to each building. Parking on a 24-foot roadway is to be pro- <br />hibi ted. <br /> <br />The fallowing shall ~pply for those planned developments <br /> <br />~n "B" Districts: <br /> <br />(a) The tract shall have not less than Two Hundred <br />(200) feet of frontage on a public street. <br /> <br />(b) The entire site of "B" Districts other than that <br />taken up by structures or landscaping shall be surfaced. <br /> <br />(c) The off-street parking spaces shall be painted on <br />the surfaced area according to a plan which has received approval of the <br />Counci 1. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
