<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held <br />on the 23rd day of March, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, <br />and Vern Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8779 <br /> <br />IN APPRECIATION TO DORIS FISHER UPON HER RETIREMENT <br />FROM THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Doris Fisher has served the City of Roseville in an exemplary <br />manner for a total of twenty-three years with the Finance Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Doris has performed her duties as Utility Billing Specialist <br />efficiently and served Roseville residents with tact and courtesy; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Doris has decided to retire from her position with the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the ci ty Council of the ci ty of <br />Roseville does hereby express its sincere appreciation and thanks to Doris <br />Fisher for the commendable manner in which she has carried out her duties <br />as a member of the ci ty staff, and does wish her a long, happy, and <br />fulfilling retirement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Thomas, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: CUshman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V.
