<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~}. / <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 71.020 OF THE <br />VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING A SPECIAL <br />SEWER RATE FOR RESIDENCES IN WHICH THE OWNER AND HEAD OF THE <br />HOUSEHOLD IS RECEIVING RETIREMENT SURVIVORS INSURANCE OR <br />DISABILITY INSURANCE UNDER THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 71. 020 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />7l. 020. Re sidential Rate s . Charge s for sewer service <br />shall be at the following rates for the following residential <br />classifications: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Single Family Residence: <br /> <br />$22.00 per year. <br /> <br />(2) Single Family Residence in which the owner and <br />head of the household is receiving Retirement <br />Survivors Insurance or Disability Insurance under <br />the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. ~30l, as amended. <br />$11. 00 per year. <br /> <br />The resident, to qualify for this rate, must file an <br />affidavit with the Village Council stating that the <br />owner and head of such household is receiving <br />Retirement Survivors Insurance or Disability Insurance <br />under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. ~30l, as <br />amended. <br /> <br />(3) Duplexes or double bungalows containing two-family <br />units: $44.00 per year. <br /> <br />( 4) <br /> <br />Each townhouse unit: <br /> <br />$22.00 per year. <br />
