<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0:13 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SUBSECTION (3) TO SECTION <br />32.090 PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL SERVICE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville doe s <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 32 of the Village Code of the Village of RoseviUe <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding subsection (3) to Section 32.090 to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />(3) New single family dwellings <br />and townhouses having a gross floor area in <br />exces s of 1500 square feet (25% of the basement <br />area included but excluding porches and breeze- <br />ways) shall have a minimum of three wire lSO <br />ampere service with a 150 ampere main fused <br />switch or pullout, or circuit breaker connected <br />in such a way that opening the device will remove <br />power from all circuits in the building. This <br />requirement also applies to existing dwellings <br />over 1500 square feet when the service size is <br />increa sed. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br />
