<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 626 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 238 TO CREATE <br />A COMBINED ORDINANCE AND TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS BUREAU. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />Chapter 238 will read as follows: <br /> <br />238. Ordinance and Traffic Violations Bureau. <br /> <br />238.010. Establishment of Ordinance and Traffic <br />Violations Bureau. There is established an Ordinance and <br />Traffic Violations Bureau to be conducted in accordance <br />with regulations promulgated by the Municipal Court. <br /> <br />238.020. Publication of Requlations. The regulations <br />of the Ordinance and Traffic Violations Bureau and every <br />amendment thereto shall be published at least once within <br />thirty days after promulgation of the same in the legal <br />newspaper. <br /> <br />238.030. Operation and Location of Bureau. The <br />Ordinance and Traffic Violations Bureau shall represent <br />the coordinate actions of the Clerk of the Municipal <br />Court and the Village Police Department. It shall occupy <br />and operate in offices set apart therefore by the Council <br />in Village Hall. <br /> <br />238.040. Function of Bureau. The Ordinance and <br />Traffic Violations Bureau shall be conducted and-operated <br />for the purpose of facilitating the administration of the <br />work of the Municipal Court and the Clerk thereof. Those <br />matters properly the subject of disposition in the Ordinance <br />and Traffic Violations Bureau are cases wherein violations <br />of laws of the State of Minnesota and of the Village Code <br />in respect to the regulation and control of vehicular and <br />
