<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ANE:NDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 236.010 TO ADD AN EIGHTH MEMBER <br />TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD OF THE VILLAGE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 236 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by amending Section 236.010 to read as follows: <br /> <br />236.010. Establishment and Membership. There is <br />established a Parks and Recreation Board of the Village <br />which shall consist of eight (8) members appointed by <br />the Council as follows: 2 members shall be appointed <br />by the Council for the term of one year; 2 members for <br />the term of two years; and 4 members for the term of three <br />years. New members appointed after the original Board <br />shall be appointed for a term of three years. One member <br />of the Board shall be a member of the Planning Commission <br />and one member shall be a member of Independent School <br />District 623. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Thi s Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br />>>1Ii day of September, 1970. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />!~~) <br />~/~ //.
