<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING THE ISSUING OF LICENSES <br />FOR RIDING HORSES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter l46 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding thereto Section l46. 045 to read as follows: <br /> <br />146.045. Minimum Area. No licenses shall be issued <br />for any riding horse unles s the same shall be kept in a <br />pasture of a minimum size of three (3) acres. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br />~ day of September, 1970. <br /> <br />c/ ~~~Z, <br /> <br />Mayor Donald A.
