<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 631 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS l6.0l0, <br />l6.020, l6.030 and l6.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (1-1) to LIMITED BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT (B-1), AND BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) TO LIMITED BUSINESS <br />DISTRICT (B-l). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections l6. OlO, l6. 020, l6. 030 and <br /> <br />l6.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property owner <br /> <br />filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a written <br /> <br />request to rezone from light industrial district (l-l) to limited busines s <br /> <br />district (B-l) and from single family residence district (R-1) to limited <br /> <br />business district (B-1), certain real property hereinafter described lying <br /> <br />and being in the Village of Roseville, Ram sey County, Minne sota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission pursuant to due notice and public <br /> <br />hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice and <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 1st day of July, 1970, which public <br />
