<br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />l6.0l0, l6.020, l6.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br /> <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1 through l2 inclusive, all in Block l, Willmus <br />Estates Plat, Plat #2, Ram sey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />be and hereby is, rezoned from R-l to R-6, and that the Zoning Maps be <br /> <br />amended so that said property is classified and zoned as R-6. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Thi s Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br />2fJ11t. day of September, 1970. <br /> <br />tl c;/h~~ ~-( <br /> <br />Mayor Donald A.
