<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />o RDINAN CE NO. 633 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN 0 RDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 66.400 (l) OF THE <br />VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY INCREASING THE <br />SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR WATER METERS. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 66.400 (l) of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(1) A security deposit to be made by customers for <br />water meters and payment for the same shall be made in advance <br />of installations as follows: <br /> <br />5/8" x 3/4" meter with remote <br />reading device <br />1" meter with remote reading device <br />1 1/2" meter with no remote reading <br />device <br />2" meter with no remote reading <br />device <br /> <br />$ 55.00 <br />100.00 <br /> <br />170.00 <br /> <br />245.00 <br /> <br />For larger meters, the deposit will be the cost of obtaining the <br />meter plus ten dollars ($lO. 00). This deposit will be refunded <br />when the property ownership is transferred. Remote reading <br />devices on water meters will be required, except where otherwise <br />determined by the Utility Superintendent. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br />
