<br />(10) All wiring, installation of heating units, <br />grading, installation of pipes, and all <br />other installations and construction shall <br />be subject to inspection by Village Inspectors. <br />(11) Any proposed deviation from these standards and <br />requirements shall require a variance in accor- <br />dance with normal zoning procedures. <br />(12) Required safety fencing shall be completely <br />installed within three (3) weeks following <br />the installation of the pool. <br />(13) Nuisances such as undue noise, lighting of <br />adjacent property, health and safety hazards, <br />damage to nearby vegetation, and the like, <br />shall not be permitted. <br />(14) Filling the pools from fire hydrants or other <br />public facilities or drainage of pools into <br />public streets or other public drainage ways <br />shall require permission of the appropriate <br />Village officials. <br />(15) No swimming pool shall be placed or constructed <br />so as to be under any service drop conductors <br />and any other open overhead wiring, nor within <br />ten (10) feet horizontally from the pool edge, <br />diving structure, observation stands, towers <br />or platforms. No service drop conductors and <br />other open overhead wiring shall be installed <br />over or by any existing swimming pool except <br />in conformance with this paragraph. <br /> <br />34.280. Swimming Pools-Multiple Family Dwelling Areas. <br /> <br />Private swimming pools intended for and used by <br />the occupants of a multiple family dwelling and <br />the guests of the occupants of said dwelling, shall <br />adhere to the following regulations: <br />(1) No part of the water surface of the swimming <br />pool shall be less than 50 feet from any lot <br />line. <br />(2) No pumps, filter or other apparatus used in <br />connection with or to service a swimming pool <br />shall be located less than fifty (50) feet <br />from any lot line. <br />(3) The pool area shall be adequately fenced to <br />prevent uncontrolled access from the street <br />or adjacent property.
