<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of March, 1992, <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Thomas <br />adopted. <br /> <br />moved that the following resolution be <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8781 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition affecting the zoning district of the <br />following described property has been received by the City of <br />Roseville: <br /> <br />1935 Cleveland Avenue, legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, BLock 1, Healy Pond View, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application for rezoning from R-l to R-2 has <br />been received, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the 24th day of February, 1992, a public hearing <br />was held on said petition and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />determined that if the application were granted it would have an <br />adverse impact on the surrounding properties; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application is for a parcel of land that is <br />inappropriate for an R-2 zoning and the present allowable use, <br />to-wit: R-l is a reasonable use of said land. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determined that no unsuual <br />hardship exists pursuant to Minn. Stat. §462. 358, Subd. (6). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council has determined the above facts to be true, <br />and the application of Franklin Ho to rezone his property legally <br />described above from R-l to R-2 is denied. <br /> <br />1 <br />
