<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO ..;;) 37 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING INSPECTION UPON COMPLETION OF <br />WORK UNDER THE BUILDING CODE, PROVIDING FOR EXPIRATION OF <br />BUILDING PERMITS AND AMENDING CHAPTERS 30 AND 31 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 30 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended by adding Section 30.105 to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />30.105. Completion; Inspection. Within five (5) <br />working days after the work has been completed the <br />person who has acquired any permit required under this <br />Code shall notify the Building Superintendent that <br />work has been completed. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville ~s <br /> <br />hereby further amended by amending Section 31.190 to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />31.190. Expiration of Permits. <br /> <br />(1) Any permit issued under the Building Code shall <br />become invalid at the end of 90 days from the date of <br />issuance unless the work for which the permit was issued <br />has been started. This time limit may be extended by the <br />Council providing that application for such extension of <br />
