I~ ~)( <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE VILLAGE CODE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTIONS 14.046 AND 14.047 <br />RELATING TO MOBILE SIGNS, AND BY REPEALING SECTION 14.150 RELA- <br />TING TO RESTRICTIONS ON GENERAL ADVERTISING SIGNS. <br /> <br />The village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />Chapter 14 of the village Code of the village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended by adding Sections 14.046 and <br /> <br />14.047, to read as follows: <br /> <br />14.046. Siqn, Mobile. A mobile sign is a sign <br />mounted or carried on a trailer or motor vehicle for <br />the primary purpose of exhibiting such sign. <br /> <br />14.047. Mobile Signs Prohibited. No person shall <br />place, or allow to be placed, a mobile sign having a <br />surface area in excess of twenty-five (25) square feet <br />on any public or private property within the Village <br />of Roseville. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Chapter 14 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended by repealing Section 14.150, and <br /> <br />the same hereby is repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br />
