C:; L./;L <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 71. 020 AND <br />SUBDIVISION (l) OF SECTION 71. 030 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADOPTING REVISED SANITARY <br />SEWER RATES AND CHARGES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 71. 020 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />71.020. Residential Rates. Charges for sewer service shall <br />be at the following rates for the following residential classifications: <br /> <br />(1) Single Family Residence: $26.00 per year. <br /> <br />(2) Single Family Residence in which the owner and <br />head of the household is receiving Retirement <br />Survivors Insurance or Disability Insurance under <br />the Social Security Act. 42 U. S. C. Section 30l, <br />as amended: $11.00 per year. <br /> <br />The resident, to qualify for this rate, must <br />file an affidavit with the Village Council stating <br />that the owner and head of such household is <br />recei ving Retirement Survivors Insurance or Dis- <br />ability Insurance under the Social $ecurity Act, <br />42 U .S.C. Section 301, as amended. <br /> <br />(3) Duplexes or double bungalows containing two-family <br />units: $52.00 per year. <br /> <br />(4) Each townhouse unit: $26.00 per year. <br /> <br />(5) Each trailer unit: $26.00 per year. <br />
