<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.140 AND SECTION <br />20.150 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE PROVIDING <br />FOR SUMMARY APPROVAL OF VARIANCES AND EXCEPTIONS BY THE VILLAGE <br />MANAGER IN CERTAIN CASES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 20.140 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />20.140. Variations and Exceptions. In any case in which <br />the compliance with the provisions of this chapter will involve <br />unnecessary hardship and failure to comply does not interfere <br />with the purpose of such platting regulations, two types of <br />variances mayor will be granted: <br /> <br />(l) Where a conveyance of land does not do <br />any of the following, it may be summarily approved <br />by the Manager upon recommendation of the Public <br />Works Director. <br /> <br />(A) Create a new building site; <br />(B) Reduce any required set back in <br />violation of any ordinance; <br />(C) Reduce the size of any parcel to <br />le s s than approved for a building site <br />and its appropriate zone; <br />(D) The owner shall file with the Public Works <br />Director, copies of a plan showing the tract, <br />proposed division and all building locations. <br /> <br />(2) Where a conveyance of land does not meet the <br />requirements in Paragraph (1), and does not create more than two <br />
