<br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND <br />THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />doe s hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to <br /> <br />Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and <br /> <br />Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve <br />(12), Block Two (2), Gottfreid s Addition, <br /> <br />be and hereby is, rezoned from R-l to R-2, and that the Zoning Maps be <br /> <br />amended so that said property is classified and zoned as R-2. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its pa s sage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />this 29th day of ~1arch <br /> <br />, 1971. <br /> <br />ATTES~ <br />71/ <br />r <br /> <br /> <br />.;:f)":}e-i_' (' <br />
