<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City <br />Hall on Monday, the twenty-third day of March, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Mayor V. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8782 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />COUNTY PROJECT S.A.P. 62-646-08 <br />CITY PROJECT P-90-07, CLEVELAND AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans for Project No. S.A.P. 62-646-08 showing proposed <br />alignment, profiles, grades, and cross sections for the reconstruction <br />of County State Aid Highway No. 46 within the limits of the City as a <br />State Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the city. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things <br />approved as amended by action of the Roseville city County. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />88 <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of <br />the Council of said City held on the 23rd day of March, 1992, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true, and <br />complete transcript insofar as the same relates to County Project S.A.P. <br />62-646-08, City Project P-90-07, Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 23rd day of March, 1992. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />~.~/ <br />
