<br />VILLAGE OF RO SEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 647 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER l64 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 164.l90 <br />RELATING TO THE WRONGFUL APPROPRIATION OF GOODS, WARES AND <br />MERCHANDISE FROM BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 164 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding Section l64.l90 to read as follows: <br /> <br />164 .l9 O. Wrongful Appropriation. No person <br />shall willfully take, use, transfer, conceal or <br />retain the possession of goods, wares, or <br />merchandise offered or exposed for sale in any <br />store or other business establishment with the <br />intent of converting said property to the taker's <br />own use and without paying the purchase price <br />the.refor. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effept and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its pas sage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br />10th day of May, 1971. <br /> <br />
