The Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: 1. That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections 16.010,16.020,16.030 and 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: All of Tract G and the North 44.64 feet of Tract H Registered Land Survey No. 50 and all of Tract F and the East 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, lying South of a line running parallel to and distant 50 feet South from a line described as follows: "Beginning at a point 935 feet, measured South from the center line of the main track of N ortheffi Pacific Ry. line on a line which is 798.5 feet West of and running parallel with the West line of the East 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, thence from a point of beginning with a back sight on the preceding course and deflecting to the right 83 degrees 45 minutes in an east direction, l77 feet to a point 5 degrees 45 minutes to the right from the preceding course and continuing Easterly in a straight line to a point of termination on the Ea st line of the Northeast 1/4 Section 8, Township 29, Range 23 and Northerly of an East extension of the South line to the North 44.64 feet of Tract H. Except part of the aforesaid East 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 Section 8, Township 29, Range 23 taken for Highway 280" be, and hereby is, rezoned from l-l to 1-2, and that the Zoning Map be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as 1-2. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its pa s sage and publication. -2-
