(~,~i-:"l <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS <br />AMENDED, BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO <br />SECTIONS 16.0lO, l6.020, 16.030 AND l6.040, BY REClASSIFICATION <br />OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (l-l) <br />TO GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (1-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 and <br /> <br />l6.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owner filed an application with the Village Manager in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from light industrial district (1-1) to general <br /> <br />industrial district (1-2), certain real property hereinafter described lying <br /> <br />and being in the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHE REAS, the Villag-e Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing on said matter on the 3rd day of March, 1971, which <br /> <br />public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br />
