<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />. -, f <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0 '5- I <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE VILLAGE CODE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTIONS 34.290, 34.300, <br />34.310 AND 34.320 TO PROVIDE FOR INSPECTION, WATER STANDARDS <br />AND CLEANING OF SWIMMING POOLS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby ordain as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 34 of the village Code of the village of Rose- <br /> <br />ville is hereby amended by adding Sections 34.290, 34.300, 34.310 <br /> <br />and 34.320 to read as follows: <br /> <br />34.290. Regulated Swimming Pools Defined. <br />Swimming pools other than those located on public <br />school property and on single family residential <br />property are subject to the following rules and <br />regulations regarding inspection and water stan- <br />dards. <br /> <br />34.300. Swimming Pools - Inspection. The <br />Village of Roseville Health Officer or Village <br />of Roseville Sanitarian is authorized to conduct <br />such inspections as it deems necessary to insure <br />compliance with all provisions of the following <br />Sections as they apply to water standards and <br />shall have the right of entry at any reasonable <br />hour to said swimming pools for this purpose. <br /> <br />34.310. Swimming Pools - Water Standards. <br />Those provisions set forth in Sections 24.1 <br />through 24.6 and in 25.1 and 25.2 contained in <br />the pamphlet entitled "Suggested Ordinance and <br />
