<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ?:> 6-,7' <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, <br />16.020, 16.030 and 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) TO LIMITED <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 <br /> <br />and 16.040 of the zoning Code of the Village of Roseville, the <br /> <br />property owner filed an application with the Village Manager in <br /> <br />the form of a written request to rezone from single family resi- <br /> <br />dence district (R-l) to limited business district (B-1), certain <br /> <br />real property hereinafter described lying and being in the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />and public hearing on said matter on the 23rd day of August, 1971, <br /> <br />which public hearing was held in the Village Hall at its regular <br /> <br />Council meeting: <br />
