<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />o RD INAN CE NO. b ;:;-~. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY EXCLUDING "FOOD TAKE OUT OR SELF <br />SERVICE" RESTAURANTS FROM PERMITTED USE IN B-2 AND B-3 <br />DISTRICTS AND MAKING SUCH USE A SPECIAL USE IN B-2 AND B-3 <br />DISTRICTS, AND DEFINING "FOOD TAKE OUT OR SELF SERVICE" <br />RESTAURANTS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville doe s hereby <br /> <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 8.300 (53) of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read a s follows: <br /> <br />(53) Restaurants, when no entertainment or <br />dancing is provided I but excluding "food <br />take out or self service "restaurants . <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 8.330 (23) of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(23) Restaurants including live entertainment <br />and dancing, but excluding "food take out <br />or self service" re staurants. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Section 8.320 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding (l4) thereto to read as follows: <br /> <br />(14) Food Take Out or Self Service Restaurants. <br />These are restaurants designed to serve <br />food primarily to be consumed off the premises, <br />or a self service re staurant when food is eaten <br />on the premises. <br />
