<br />VILLAGE OF RO SEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 657 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING THERETO A SECTION 44.l3S PROVIDING THAT <br />THE VILLAGE MANAGER MAY DETERMINE WHO IS QUALIFIED TO INSPECT <br />CERTAIN FIRE PREVENTION EQUIPMENT. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville doe s hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 44.135 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br />will read as follows: <br /> <br />44.135 Evidence of Compliance with Code. The Village <br />Manager, or the Fire Marshal if so designated by the Manager, <br />may accept written reports from qualified persons that any <br />particular establishment is complying with all the regulations <br />of the Village of Roseville's Fire Prevention Code.
