<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF roSEVILLE PROHIBITING THE USE OF SNOWMOBILES ON <br />VILLAGE STREETS EXCEPT FOR CroSSING VILLAGE STREETS, BY <br />AMENDING SECTION 90.020 (1). <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Chapter 90 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by amending Section 90.020 (1) to read as follows: <br /> <br />(1) On Village streets, except a crossing of a Village <br />street may be made if the following are complied with: <br /> <br />(a) The crossing is made at an angle of <br />approximately 90 degrees to the direction of the highway <br />and at a place where no obstruction prevents a quick and <br />safe crossing; and <br /> <br />(b) The snowmobile is brought to a complete <br />stop before cros sing the shoulder or main traveled way <br />of the highway; and <br /> <br />(c) The driver yield s the right of way to all <br />oncoming traffic which constitutes an immediate hazard; and <br /> <br />(d) In crossing a divided highway, the crossing <br />is made only at an intersection of such highway with <br />another public street or highway; and <br /> <br />(e) If the crossing is made between the hours <br />of one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise <br />or in conditions of reduced visibility, only if both front <br />and rear lights are on. <br />
