<br />VILlAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. &:~~-1 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO MINNESOTA <br />TRAFFIC CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 86.010. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 86. OlO of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />86. OlO. Minnesota Statutes Chapter 169, <br />Incorporated By Reference. The regulatory provisions <br />and definitions of the Minnesota Traffic Code in Minnesota <br />Statutes 1967, Chapter 169, as amended by Minnesota Laws <br />1969 and 1971, are hereby adopted as an ordinance regulating <br />the use of highways, streets, alleys and other portions of <br />the Village and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of <br />this Code as completely as if set out herein in full. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />THIS 0 RDINANCE shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this <br /> <br /> <br />/ y'ziCia y of ~!;i ->"---t:!..'t-<:,e.-c/LA.1- ,197 2 . <br />// <br /> <br /> <br />-EJ~ /~, <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
