<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 660 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 37.040 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE, AND FURTHER AMENDING SAID CODE BY RESTRICTING AIR-CONDITIONERS <br />PROTRUDING OUTSIDE THE WALL OF ANY APARTMENT BUILDING. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 37.040 of the Village Code of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is further <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 42.040 to read as follows: <br /> <br />42.040. Restriction on Protruding Air-Conditioners. <br />Air-conditioners shall not extend more than eighteen <br />inches outside the wall of any building containing <br />dwelling units for three or more families, and shall <br />be a.rchitecturally treated and designed as an integral <br />part of the building. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br /> <br />and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED BY the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Jehis ~hday ,<>f~ru ry. 1972. <br />// <br /> <br />Minnesota., <br /> <br /> <br />JtaI <br />
