<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN 0 RDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 66.400 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING THAT COMMERCIAL <br />OR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS SHALL BE METERED WITH ONE METER AS <br />APPROVED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 66.400 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding the following I immediately after the first <br /> <br />paragraph: <br /> <br />66.400 Water Meters. <br /> <br />Commercial or industrial buildings shall be <br />metered with on'3 ma ster meter of adequate size, a s approved <br />by the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />If additional or auxiliary meters are de sired <br />for recording the subdivision of such supply I they must be <br />furnished and set up by the owner or consumer at his expense <br />and he must aSEume all responsibility of reading, billing and <br />maintaining sam e . <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br /> <br />13 day of Marc)Y <br />,// <br /> <br />, 197 2 . <br /> <br />() A yV}, <br />- .~r{,JT <br />Mayor ( <br />
