<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~3 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION lO6. 060 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY SUBSTITUTING "VILLAGE MANAGER" <br />IN LIEU OF "CHIEF OF POLICE" IN RECENING APPLICATIONS FOR CONDUCTING <br />CERTAIN DANCES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section l06. 060 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />106.060. Non-Profit Organizations. Any lodge, <br />society or organization not organized or maintained for <br />profit may conduct not more than two public dances each <br />year without obtaining a license therefore. Such public <br />dances shall be conducted under the following conditions: <br /> <br />(l) Application for the conducting of said <br />dances shall be made to the Village Manager giving the <br />organization who is to conduct said dance, the place where <br />the same is to be conducted and whether any previous public <br />dances within the last year have been conducted. The <br />application may then be approved or disapproved by the <br />Village Manager. <br /> <br />(2) The organization shall report to the <br />Village Manager all dances to be conducted at least <br />24 hours prior to the holding thereof. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />THIS ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br />
