OlO, l6. 020, l6. 030 and l6. 040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as follows: All that part of the South 178.50 feet of the North 49l.S8 feet of the East 230 feet of Lot 8, St. Paul Park, lying Westerly of the below described line: All that part of the South l7S feet of the North 491. 58 feet of Lot 8, St. Paul Park, except the East 230 feet thereof lying Westerly of the below described line: All that part of the South l7S feet of the North 491. 58 feet of Lot 9, St. Paul Park lying Easterly of the Easterly line of Lexington Ave. and Lexington Ave. widening, Ramsey County, Minn. Described Line: Beginning at a point on the North line of Section 2, Township 29N, Range 23W distant l7S feet East of the Northwest comer of said Section 2, thence South at right angles a distance of l83 feet, thence Southwesterly to a pOint distant 250 feet Southeasterly (measured at right angles to said described line) from the Southwest comer of said Lot 9 and there terminating, be, and hereby is, rezoned from B-3 to R-3, and that the Zoning Maps be amended so that said property is classified and zoned as R-3. II. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
