(.~ 0 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 238.040 OF THE VILLAGE <br />CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF <br />PUBLIC NUISANCES WITHIN THE ORDINANCE VIOLATION BUREAU. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 238.040 of the Village Code of the Village of Ro seville <br /> <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />238.040. Function of Bureau. The Ordinance and <br />Traffic Violations Bureau shall be conducted and operated <br />for the purpose of facilitating the administration of the work <br />of the Municipal Court and the Clerk thereof. Those matters <br />properly the subject of disposition in the Ordinance and Traffic <br />Violations Bureau are cases wherein violations of laws of the <br />State of Minnesota and of the Village Code in respect to the <br />regulation and control of vehicular and pede strian travel on <br />the public streets, highways and thoroughfare s shall be <br />involved, and those cases involving violations of the Village <br />Code relating to building construction, operation or maintenance; <br />fire and fire prevention; public health and sanitation; zoning; <br />and public nuisances 0 For all purposes I the Ordinance and <br />Traffic Violations Bureau shall be deemed an auxiliary agency <br />of the Municipal Court and its Clerk. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />A <br /> <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />yeA <br />this' da <br /> <br />
