<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-third day of March, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8784 <br /> <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS 91034 AND 91030 <br />CLEVELAND AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />the City of Roseville enter into agreements with Ramsey County for the <br />following purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />To provide for payment by the City of Roseville to Ramsey County for the <br />city's share of the Cleveland Avenue project costs including curb and <br />gutter, pathway, roadway shoulders, storm sewer, traffic control <br />signals, and project engineering and other costs associated with <br />construction to be performed upon Cleveland Avenue from Larpenteur <br />Avenue to County Road B, S.A.P. 62-646-08. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City officers be and hereby are <br />authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on <br />behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson, and the following voted against same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes <br />of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 23rd day of March, <br />1992, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a <br />full, true, and complete transcript insofar as the same relates to <br />county Project S.A.P. 62-646-08, City Project P-90-07, Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this twenty-third day of March, 1992. <br /> <br />SEA L <br /> <br />~~ <br />
