<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 202.080 PROHIBITING OBSCENE <br />MOVIES. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 202 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />is hereby amended by adding Section 202.080 to read as follows: <br /> <br />202.080. Obscene Movies. The showing or exhibiting <br />of any motion picture visible from any public thoroughfare <br />or private property other than the property upon which the <br />motion picture is being shown, depicting any of the following: <br /> <br />(l) Nude persons; <br />(2) Sexual intercourse; <br />(3) Any other conduct which is so obscene <br />as to be unfit to be seen by children <br />under the age of l6 years old when viewed <br />in light of contemporary community <br />standard s . <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, this 22nd day of <br /> <br /> <br />, 1972. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />, oj J <br />. .~ r?-iJ.. <br />Mayor <br /> <br />
