<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING CHAPTER 92 ESTABLISHING BICYCLE <br />ROUTES AND APPROPRIATE REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />by adding Chapter 92 to read as follows: <br /> <br />92. Bicycle Routes <br /> <br />92. OlD. Establishment of Bicycle Routes. There is <br />hereby established route s for bicycles. The Council shall <br />by resolution approve said locations. <br /> <br />92.020. Signs Designating Bicycle Routes. There shall <br />be erected appropriate signs on paths, walks or streets informing <br />the public of said bicycle route and informing them of the pro- <br />hibitions of motorized vehicles on certain routes. <br /> <br />92.030. Motorized Vehicles Prohibited on all Bicycle <br />Routes Except Those on Public Streets. No person shall operate <br />any snowmobile, trail bike, motorcycle, mini bike I or any other <br />vehicle which has a source of power other than the physical <br />effort of the user, on any route designated as a bicycle route, <br />except those on public streets. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br />
